Refund policy
You may request a return within 15 days of purchase receipt by email (john@blacktieracefab.com). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping items back to Black Tie Race Fab's physical address via UPS or Fedex.
Returns must be packaged in their original packaging and unused. If product is purchased from a dealer, the dealer who issued the sale is responsible to issue the refund. Return credits can take up to 15 days. Turbo's, Transmissions, Injection Pumps are not refundable. Any damages to products in shipping must be reported immediately to Black Tie Race Fab. If shipping damages are not reported within 3 days of product delivery, Black Tie Race Fab is not responsible for damages.
